We take pride in the standard we have set and we're not going to let go of it !
All the food on our shelves is prepared by hand in our tiny kitchen by our fantastic chefs on a daily basis, even our p.m. top ups you see coming out have just been made.
We only use the very best and freshest ingredients, hand picked by the head chef on a daily basis.
There are periods of the year that only second rate ingredients including some fish are available at market…. So we are sorry if sometimes we don't make your favourite box, but it's the only way we do it at Japanika.
